No. We carry our own water tank and generator, so we can work anywhere. But if you do have an outdoor spigot and a standard outlet we can use, we'll take $20 off your total. You'll tell us which applies when you book, so the price is settled before we arrive.
Your driveway, your garage, or your office parking spot. We need roughly one parking space of room around the vehicle to work comfortably.
We'll reach out and reschedule at no charge. Light drizzle usually isn't a problem for interior work, but exterior polishing and sealants need dry conditions.
Not necessarily. As long as the vehicle is accessible and unlocked or the keys are arranged in advance, you're free to go about your day.
Payment is handled securely online through Stripe when you book - credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Nothing to sort out on site.
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Inside 24 hours the deposit may be retained, since that slot is usually too late to refill.
