No. We carry our own water tank and generator, so we can work anywhere. But if you do have an outdoor spigot and a standard outlet we can use, we'll take $20 off your total. You'll tell us which applies when you book, so the price is settled before we arrive.
Your driveway, your garage, or your office parking spot. We need roughly one parking space of room around the vehicle to work comfortably.
We'll reach out and reschedule at no charge. Light drizzle usually isn't a problem for interior work, but exterior polishing and sealants need dry conditions.
Not necessarily. As long as the vehicle is accessible and unlocked or the keys are arranged in advance, you're free to go about your day.
Nothing is charged when you book. We save a card to hold the slot, then charge the full amount through Stripe once the work is finished, so you only ever pay for a job that got done. Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cancel or reschedule by the day before your appointment at no charge. Cancel on the day itself, or nobody is there when we arrive, and we may charge a $50 fee to the card on file, since that slot is usually too late to refill.
